We will ship based on the method you have selected from the available options on checkout. We currently only ship within Canada. Assuming your order is not a preorder, or back ordered item, your order should be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Shipping can be anywhere between 2 and 8 days depending on your location. Please note that shipping estimates are purely estimates and we will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipment.

Upon placing an order you agree to comply with all Canadian export laws that may apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement.

We use a third party for our shipping services. Erica’s Konjac will not be held liable for any loss, damages or additional expenses due to shipping. You agree to take sole responsibility for the product once it has been transferred to the shipping provider.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. Any order over $100 is eligible for free shipping within Canada.


Any open or unopened item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the arrival of your product. All products, open or unopened, will be refunded in full. Claims of any damaged products shall be accompanied by photographs of the damaged products and the corresponding shipping label. Any sales tax paid will be refunded in full. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and scanned by the carrier. Unfortunately there is no refund for original shipping costs. Currently we are not able to process international returns.


The first step of the refund process is obtaining a refund authorization number (RA#).

Once we review your note, you will receive a series of three emails: 1) your request has been received, 2) your request has been authorized, 3) your request has been processed, including an RA# and a link to your prepaid return label.

If you have not yet received an email confirming that your order has been processed for shipping, then you are still eligible to cancel your order. Please contact should you wish to cancel your order. We will then stop the order from being shipped and refund your money within 24 hours.
